Kitchen Conversations hosted by Patrycja Rozwora
Exclusive 5-course fusion dinner where the humble potato takes center stage. Artist Patrycja Rozwora will guide you through the evening with fascinating tales about the potato and its journey from the Americas to Europe. Chef Jose Hernandez, a passionate Mexican cook with experience in some of Melbourne’s top restaurants, will showcase his creativity in a unique five-course tasting menu. This year, the C*SPACE Pop-Up Teahouse will be opening once a month on 8 Saturdays. On four of these days we are pleased to welcome the Berlin Asia Arts Club with their funded program on the teahouse arts and culture stage. The other Saturdays are still open for collaborations relying on community economy or entrepreneurial approaches. Details.
