Stunning studios
for all kinds of beauty to come to life
C*SPACE is a multifunctional creative space located on two floors of a former furniture factory in Berlin Weißensee, just one block north of Prenzlauer Berg. Light-filled rooms create a feeling of well-being and inspiration. In 2022, C*SPACE received the “Hero Space – Award for Excellence“ by SPACEBASE and the “Customer Choice Award” for best reviews. Whether for an off-site day retreat, a cooking workshop, or a long-term atelier for creative work: The hosts are open and enthusiastic to explore new ideas that can emerge in this location.
The place is easy to reach with public transport from downtown Berlin (20 minutes) with the lines Tram M12, M13/ (Stop: Gustav-Adolf-Straße/ Langhansstraße), or Tram M2 (Stop: Prenzlauer Allee/Ostseestraße/ (200m on foot).

LOFT SPACE: A FEEL-GOOD PLACE
The largest room at C*SPACE is a 100 sqm loft on the 1st floor, offering an inspiring “living room” ambiance. This light-filled space is versatile for various events, with setups ranging from world-café-style workshops for up to 40 people to auditorium seating for 80, circles for 30, or a long dining table for 40. Guests often say, “This is a room with a soul.” With direct access to the kitchen, it’s perfect for dinners, catering, and networking events. There are also two smaller rooms for calls, 1:1 coachings or breakouts, and in summer, guests can enjoy the garden area with seating and table tennis. For larger events, studios on the 3rd floor are available for additional rental. More photos in our location Portfolio.
KITCHEN: COOKING CONNECTIONS
Food creates magic — that’s why our kitchen is open for a variety of formats, from cooking workshops, cultural projects, company celebrations to special food events. Whatever the occasion, the 20 m2 kitchen is fully equipped (including tableware for up to 40 people) and can be adapted to your event ideas! The adjoining 100 sqm loft space is ideal for a long dinner table. Whether with your own format or as part of the C*SPACE SOCIAL DINNER CLUB, we are open to a variety of combinations of (corporate) culture and cuisine.
ART SPACE: EVERYTHING FLOWS
One of the standout features at C*SPACE is the calligraphic art space on the 3rd floor. This 50 m2 room, whose four walls are inscribed with philosophical texts, is ideal for focused strategy meetings and mediative formats as much as for creative work. The space itself is an artwork in collaboration with Adam Langer from Agency Q and two Beijing artists, Qian Geng and Wang Ziheng, who found refuge in C*SPACE during the early days of the pandemic. Learn more about this work titled “Common Space – Everything Flows”.
Beyond the space, you could also book the C*SPACE founders for a short talk: We will share the story of the artwork as context orientation, an innovation impulse, or a creative break, including a tea ceremony (5 minutes – 1 hour).
WORK SPACE: A CREATIVE LIBRARY VIBE
A 65 m2 workspace on the 3rd floor with a charming old plank floor has an appealing mix of library and creative space atmosphere. It is popular for lecture-style seminar formats, corporate workshops looking for an inspiring environment, photo and video shoots, as well as artisan art and creative workshops. Along with the space, you can also book a tea culture session or other creative workshop tailored to your interests.
OPEN YARD & KIEZ:MOBIL: MEETING UNDER THE OPEN SKY
C*SPACE has a courtyard ideal for working, celebrating, playing, chilling and barbecuing outside. Several summer festivals, including the Pop-Up Teahouse Berlin, have taken place here. The yard is also the anchor location for KIEZ:MOBIL, a mobile platform that temporarily transforms parking lots, public spaces or courtyards into stages, bars, exhibition spaces or meeting corners. The KIEZ:MOBIl can be borrowed. Contact: kiezmobil(at)c-space.eu .
LOCALITY & CONTEXT: BETWEEN GLOBAL AND LOCAL
C*SPACE is located in the most populous and fastest-growing district of Berlin, Pankow, in the historic Gründerzeit neighborhood of Weißensee, in the Langhanskiez. Known for its historic courtyards, the area reflects the character of this former “Gründerviertel Weißensee.” Our Kiez is also called Weißenseer Spitze and we are proud to be surrounded by the cultural landmarks, including the Brotfabrik, the Theater im DELPHI and the Weißensee Berlin Academy of Art.
To learn more about this neighborhood, we suggest reading “Persönlicher Spaziergang in Weißensee” by Katja Hellkötter or listening to the audio walk “Wasteland Weißensee” by Katya Romanova.

What our clients say about us
C*SPACE is our trusted location partner in Berlin. Unique and inspiring spaces for creative work and learning. Wonderful hosts. There is a strong sense of appreciation in the air—definitely a place with soul!
Our GOODplace in Berlin.“
‘I have run several of my multi-day workshops here and can’t possibly think of a better venue. The rooms at C*SPACE are stunning and the hosts Katja & Jan and their team are full of care and love of detail. As a facilitator you feel at home, and your participants immediately feel part of that same community. If you are lucky you will even have the privilege of experiencing a tea ceremony hosted by Jan, the incredible host!’
‘Shapers of the world together with the power of the Kiez…
A jewel of a place to work and connect and host, people-scale,
progressive, caring with big hearts, open, a true discovery!
So we decided to have our company meetings here and use it for
inspired residencies and all kinds of occasions.’
‘I’ve just spent a week at C*SPACE attending a Time to Think training. The spaces plus the hosts Jan & Katja are comfortable, welcoming, relaxed, warm, curious and attentive to all guests’ needs. I felt very at home rather than at a formal training venue. I also observed in speaking to some of the people who come to work there they all mentioned experiencing a felt sense of community – so rare in many modern workspaces.’
‘This is definitely my favorite feel-good coworking space in Berlin. Small, but all the more refined! The team puts a lot of effort into making the room beautiful, comfortable and friendly. Very nice and exciting people here and an interesting range of events. We also think the different rooms are great for workshops with customers and are happy to do this here. I can only warmly recommend stopping by (and staying) here!
