Deep Democracy is a powerful facilitation and leadership method, developed in South Africa’s during the transition from Apartheid to Democracy. The course will cover a groundbreaking group dynamic model, enabling facilitators and leaders to better track group processes and intervene effectively, deeply democratic decision making tools to come to decisions with inclusion of minority views, and conflict resolution tools to confidently work with tension, disagreements all the way up to big conflict.

SOCIAL PRESENCING THEATER – A 2-day introductory course
Social Presencing Theater is a series of movement-based practices that support an individual’s embodied presence and a team or organization’s ability to sense the social resonance in groups as the ground for collective creativity. It has been co-created over nearly two decades under the leadership of Arawana Hayashi in collaboration with Otto Scharmer, Founding Chair of the Presencing Institute, and others.

Im Rahmen der Initiative „Allianz der Gestalter*innen” von ProjectTogether
Die zunehmende Hitzebelastung im Sommer und die starke Versiegelung unserer Kieze sind Herausforderungen, die wir nur gemeinsam bewältigen können. Das Sanierungsgebiet rund um die Langhansstraße im Gründerzeitviertel Weißensee bietet mit seinen historischen Gewerbehöfen großes Potenzial für grüne, kühlende Stadträume. Als Gestalter*innen eines neuen Zukunftsortes in der Langhansstraße 85 und 86 möchten wir dieses Potenzial gemeinsam erkunden und konkrete Handlungsperspektiven entwickeln. Was wäre, wenn wir Klimaanpassung an unserem Ort konsequent mitdenken und daraus ein Pilotprojekt machen?
KONTEXT: In der Langhansstraße 85 und 86 haben sich Mieterinnen und Nutzerinnen zusammengeschlossen, um das gemeinwohlorientierte Projekt „Futurwerk Weissensee – Höfe für Kultur, Handwerk, zukunftsfähige Wirtschaft und soziale Innovation“ zu entwickeln. Der Standort steht zum Verkauf und soll gemeinschaftlich erworben werden. Gesucht wird dafür vielfältige Unterstützung, Ressourcen, Kapital, Expertise, Ideen und Mitstreiter*innen.

Vielleicht der Ort, den wir miteinander bewohnen: Garten, Wald, Fluss, Nachbarschaft – und die natürlichen Lebensgrundlagen, von denen wir alle abhängen.
